Education is one of the most important foundations for community development. However, some communities in Burao face challenges due to the limited availability of primary and intermediate schools.

The existing schools may not have sufficient classrooms to accommodate the growing number of school-age children. Some students also travel long distances to access education, while overcrowded classrooms and inadequate learning facilities negatively affect the quality of education.

Furthermore, the shortage of suitable school facilities creates difficulties for children from low-income families who need accessible educational services within their communities.

Therefore, there is a need to construct a new primary and intermediate school to improve access to quality education and provide a suitable learning environment for children.

The proposed project aims to construct and establish a new primary and intermediate school in Burao to provide accessible and quality education for children in the surrounding communities.

The project will include the construction of classrooms, administrative offices, teachers' rooms, sanitation facilities, and other essential school infrastructure.

The school will be equipped with desks, chairs, whiteboards, teaching materials, and other necessary educational resources.

The project will also provide a safe, clean, and supportive learning environment for both students and teachers.

The local government, education authorities, community members, and potential development partners will collaborate to support the implementation and sustainability of the project.
